Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your item ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (before shipping and taxes) within Canada and the United States.

What are your shipping rates?

Orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on your location

How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Estimated delivery:
• Canada: 2–7 business days
• United States: 4–10 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier and we do not have any control on shipping times once it leaves our hands.

Will I be charged duties or custom fees?

For U.S. orders, duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout. For other international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country - please contact your appropriate authority.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Please see our full return policy.

Do you cover return shipping?

Return shipping is not covered. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid return label will be provided for your convenience.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment once your return is received and inspected. If you have a specific concern, please use our contact form.

Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I exchange my jewelry?

Yes, we do offer exchanges in most cases. Please see our exchange policy for more information

Are sale items eligible for return?

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

I was given Luna Mares jewelry as a gift, can I return it?

Gifted items are non-refundable, however we can provide an exchange for an item or equal or lesser value, or for store credit.

Please send us the name and order number of the person who gifted you.

What materials does Luna Mares use?

Our jewelry is crafted from premium 316L stainless steel and finished with 18k gold PVD plating for durability and long-lasting shine.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

The stainless steel Luna Mares jewelry is made from is designed to resist tarnishing. With proper care, your piece will maintain its colour and finish over time.

Can I wear my jewelry in the water?


Yes! our jewelry is water resistant and designed for everyday wear.

Shower, sweat, sauna, ocean, we've got you covered!

For maximum longevity, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to saltwater, chlorine, and harsh chemicals.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. 316L stainless steel is safe for most sensitive skin types. And it will not turn your skin green, ever!

How long will the 18k PVD gold plating last?

PVD plating is significantly more durable than traditional gold plating. With normal wear, your jewelry is designed to maintain its finish for years.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To maintain its shine: store separately, avoid harsh chemicals, and gently wipe with a soft cloth or damp cloth as needed.

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, all Luna Mares pieces include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship.

What is not covered under the warranty?

Our warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, scratches or accidental damage, and improper use or care.
