Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping to Canada and the United States on all orders over $100 CAD (before taxes and after discounts).

For orders under $100 CAD, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12 CAD. This allows us to provide reliable, trackable delivery through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx.

All orders include tracking information, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.

Customs & Duties (USA Orders)

All U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means:

  • No surprise fees at delivery
  • All duties and import taxes are covered upfront

What you see at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
