Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please do not purchase return shipping until your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team.
Once your return is approved, you may ship your return using the carrier of your choice.
All returns must be shipped with a tracking number. Once your return has been shipped, please email the tracking information to contact@lunamaresjewelry.com.
Luna Mares is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered during transit. We strongly recommend retaining your tracking information and proof of shipment until your return has been successfully received and processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will be processed based on the original purchase price and any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase.
We offer 30-day exchanges on all eligible items. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed above. Please provide your order number or email used to purchase your jewelry.

Items received as a gift are not eligible for a refund. However, we are happy to provide store credit so you can select a piece you love.
