1-Year Warranty
All Luna Mares jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship
- Issues with colour caused by defects in plating or materials
If your piece does not meet these standards under normal use, we will assess the item and provide a suitable resolution.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Scratches, dents, accidental damage, or modification made after your purchase
- Damage caused by improper care, storage, or exposure to harsh chemicals
- Lost or stolen items
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item qualifies under our warranty, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the concern
Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the item, or
- Store credit at our discretion
If same item is not available at time of warranty claim, a store credit will be provided at equal value of the original item purchased.
