Welcome to The Luna Circle, the loyalty program offered by Luna Mares. By enrolling in or participating in The Luna Circle, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Luna Club is a loyalty program that allows eligible customers to earn points on qualifying purchases and select actions, and to redeem those points for rewards offered by Luna Mares.

Luna Mares reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The Luna Club or any part of the program at any time.

2. Eligibility

To participate in The Luna Club, you must:

be at least the age of majority in your place of residence
provide a valid email address
create a customer account if required by Luna Mares
agree to these Terms & Conditions

The Luna Club is intended for personal use only and may not be used for wholesale, resale, or commercial purposes.

3. Enrollment

Customers may join The Luna Club by signing up with their email through the Luna Mares website or other approved signup methods.

Upon signup, eligible customers will receive 25 points as a welcome reward.

Luna Mares reserves the right to limit one account per individual and to refuse, merge, or remove duplicate accounts.

4. Earning Points

Members earn points in the following ways:

1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases
25 points for signing up with email
75 points for a successful referral after the referred friend completes a qualifying purchase

Luna Mares may, at its sole discretion, offer additional point-earning opportunities from time to time.

Eligible Spend

Eligible spend includes the purchase price of qualifying merchandise after discounts are applied.

Exclusions

Points are not earned on:

taxes
shipping fees
duties or customs charges
gift card purchases
refunded or returned items
cancelled orders
fraudulent transactions
any items excluded by Luna Mares

If an order is refunded or returned, any points earned from that order may be deducted from the customer’s account.

5. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed on eligible purchases at the following reward levels:

100 points = $5 off
200 points = $10 off
300 points = $15 off
400 points = $20 off
and so on

Additional reward increments may be offered by Luna Mares from time to time.

Points:

have no cash value
are non-transferable
cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards
may only be used in accordance with the active reward options provided by Luna Mares

6. Redemption Restrictions

Points may not be redeemed on:

sale items
final sale items
orders already using another promotion, discount code, or offer

Only one discount or promotional offer may be applied per order unless otherwise stated by Luna Mares.

Luna Mares reserves the right to determine which items and transactions are eligible for point redemption.

7. Referral Program

Members may receive 75 points when a referred friend completes a qualifying purchase using the referral offer provided by Luna Mares.

The referred friend will receive $10 off their purchase, subject to any minimum purchase requirements or other promotional conditions set by Luna Mares.

Referral rewards are intended for genuine, personal referrals only. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, or any attempt to manipulate the referral program are prohibited.

Luna Mares reserves the right to cancel referral rewards or suspend accounts where abuse, fraud, or misuse is suspected.

8. Returns and Adjustments

If a purchase that earned points is later returned, refunded, or adjusted, the associated points may be removed from the member’s account.

If points were redeemed on an order that is later returned or refunded, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the discount or reward applied.

All returns remain subject to the Luna Mares Return Policy.

9. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for keeping their account login credentials secure.

Luna Mares is not responsible for lost rewards, unauthorized account use, or inaccessible accounts due to incorrect information or account access issues.

10. Expiration

Luna Mares reserves the right to introduce point expiration rules at any time. If point expiration is implemented, updated terms will be posted on the Luna Mares website.

11. Program Changes or Termination

Luna Mares reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The Luna Club, including:

how points are earned
reward values
redemption thresholds
referral offers
eligible items
promotional exclusions
any other feature of the program

Any changes will become effective when posted on the Luna Mares website unless otherwise stated.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

Luna Mares reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove points, cancel rewards, or disqualify participants if it believes there has been:

fraud
abuse of the program
self-referrals
duplicate accounts
promotional misuse
violation of these Terms & Conditions
any activity deemed harmful to Luna Mares

All decisions made by Luna Mares regarding the program are final.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna Mares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to The Luna Club, including any technical issues, website interruptions, lost rewards, or account access problems.
